Wilson hasn't made an NFL team out of camp since originally being signed out of college in 2023. However, he had significant success in the CFL in 2024 with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, so he could latch onto a practice squad or head north once again.

Wilson will get a chance to continue his development as a member of the Jets this offseason. He has yet to make his regular-season NFL debut since going undrafted out of Florida State back in 2023.
