    The Eagles waived Torrey on Tuesday, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports.

    Torrey signed with the Eagles during training camp when Kenneth Gainwell (hip) and Boston Scott (concussion) were sidelined, but both backs are now healthy. The 5-foot-7 running back ran for 3,228 yards and 36 touchdowns over his four-year career at North Texas, but he's a long shot to stick around at the NFL level.
