Josh Minkins: Let go by New England
Minkins was waived by the Patriots on Sunday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Minkins played in the Patriots' 48-18 win over the Commanders on Friday, recording three total tackles (one solo). The safety will now be placed on waivers, and if he goes unclaimed, there's a good chance he remains with New England.

Patriots' Josh Minkins: Taken off NFI list
Minkins (undisclosed) was activated off the active/non-football injury list Monday, Paul Perillo of Patriots.com reports.
Minkins returned to practice Monday after being sidelined with an undisclosed injury for the start of training camp. The 23-year-old signed with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent and will have an uphill battle to secure a spot on the 53-man roster.

Patriots' Josh Minkins: Beginning camp on NFI list
New England placed Minkins (undisclosed) on the active/non-football injury list Saturday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Minkins signed with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent following April's NFL Draft. He has a narrow path to a roster spot, so it will be important for Minkins to come off the NFI list as soon as possible in order to be able to begin practicing and playing in preseason games.
