Ikard (concussion) was waived by the Browns on Monday, Mary Kat Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.
The offensive lineman has been sidelined for most of training camp with the concussion, which undermined his chances of winning a roster spot. Once his concussion symptoms subside, Ikard could look to sign with the Browns or another organization.
