Mexico went down 1-0 to Portugal on Sunday in their Confederations Cup opener, but El Tri dug deep and responded before the halftime whistle. Late in the first half of their Group A contest, Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez scored a diving header off an assist from Carlos Vela. A poorly attempted clearance by Portugal gave Mexico a chance, and the North American side took advantage. Take a look:
