BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) Tai'Reon Joseph had 18 points, Brandon Davis scored 16 and Southern Jaguars beat Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils 78-54 on Monday night, handing the Delta Devils their 23rd straight loss dating to last season.

Joseph and Davis both made 4 of 8 shots from 3-point range for the Jaguars (11-9, 5-2 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Derrick Tezeno scored 10.

Arecko Gipson had 17 points and Rayquan Brown scored 16 with both grabbing six rebounds for the Delta Devils (0-21, 0-8).
