Harper was waived by the Browns on Monday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Harper signed with the Browns as an undrafted free agent one week ago. The quarterback earned the chance after impressing in a rookie minicamp tryout, but he'll now look to earn another chance elsewhere.
