Angels' Taylor Ward: To IL with hamstring injury

Ward was placed on the 10-day injured list Sunday with a right hamstring strain, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

He suffered the injury in Friday's game, and it appears that the issue is more serious than the team originally let on. Jo Adell was recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move. Ward will be eligible to return June 14.
