Braves' Tanner Roark: Sent to Triple-A

Roark was optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett on Sunday.

The veteran right-hander had his contract selected by Atlanta on Thursday, but he didn't make an appearance during his three days with the team. Roark will return to Triple-A Gwinnett, where he has a 3.06 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 19:5 K:BB across 17.2 innings (eight appearances).
