Cubs' Steven Brault: Out with shoulder strain

Brault was placed on the 15-day injured list Wednesday with a left shoulder strain, Meghan Montemurro of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Brault surrendered three runs without recording an out during Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader and will now be unavailable for at least the next couple weeks. Kervin Castro was recalled from Triple-A Iowa in a corresponding move.
