Nationals' Colin Poche: DFA'd Thursday

The Nationals designated Poche for assignment Thursday.

Poche had allowed just one earned run over his last five appearances, but he still held a 11.42 ERA for the season after he got off to a rough start. The Nationals selected the southpaw from Triple-A prior to Opening Day, but he will be replaced in the big-league bullpen by lefty Andrew Chafin.
