Wilson is on the 7-day injured list at Double-A Reading due to appendicitis, Jonathan Mayo of MLB.com reports.
It's unclear when Wilson will be ready to return to action. He hit .250 with 17 home runs and 12 steals in 420 at-bats for Reading last year.
