Pirates' Kyle Keller: Dropped from 40-man roster

Keller cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Indianapolis on Saturday.

Keller tossed a career-high 33.1 major-league innings this season but didn't look particularly good. He struggled to a 6.48 ERA, thanks in large part to his low 29.3 percent groundball rate and his high 14.2 percent walk rate.
