Odor was ejected from Sunday's series finale against the Blue Jays in the top of the eighth inning after throwing a punch at Toronto's Jose Bautista, Stefan Stevenson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
The heat had been turned up after Jose Bautista was plunked by a fastball from Rangers reliever Matt Bush. Bautista proceeded to slide hard into Odor, leading to the benches clearing. Odor landed a punch on Bautista and was subsequently ejected. It wouldn't be surprising if a suspension is right around the corner, but further punishment would likely be announced in the coming days.
