Joe signed with the Rockies as a non-roster invitee Friday, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
Joe underwent surgery for testicular cancer in March, and he was declared free of cancer in July. The 28-year-old was a non-roster invitee with the Dodgers last season, and he'll appear in major-league spring training once again with Colorado. Joe made his major-league debut in 2019 and could appear in the big leages at some point in 2021.
