Moniak went 1-for-1 with an RBI triple during Sunday's 6-5 win over the Cubs.
Moniak didn't start the contest, but interim manager Warren Schaeffer called upon the 27-year-old in the bottom of the ninth in a tie game. Moniak delivered a walk-off triple, plating Ryan Ritter, who scored from first base. In his last seven games, Moniak is 10-for-30 (.333) with three doubles and two triples.
