Tigers' Akil Baddoo: Sent down to Triple-A

The Tigers optioned Baddoo to Triple-A Toledo on Friday, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Baddoo was called up Monday to replace Austin Meadows (hamstring). After going 0-for-7 in three games after the promotion, Baddoo will surrender his active roster spot to Ryan Vilade.
