Tigers' Geoff Hartlieb: Clears waivers

The Tigers outrighted Hartlieb to Triple-A Toledo on Tuesday.

Hartlieb had been removed from the Tigers 40-man roster and has passed through waivers. He has the ability to decline the outright assignment and elect free agency, but it's unclear if the reliever plans to do so.
