Cruz walked off the field after getting hit by a pitch during batting practice Wednesday, Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports.

Cruz walked into the dugout and was checked on by team trainers. Whether the team is seriously concerned about an injury or if this is simply an abundance of caution in early spring remains to be seen.
