Zac Rosscup: Let go by Houston

The Astros released Rosscup from his minor-league contract Sunday.

Rosscup made all but one of his 27 appearances this season at Triple-A Sugar Land, producing a 3.10 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 35:17 K:BB in 29 innings. The 34-year-old lefty should be able to find work in another organization, though he'll almost certainly have to settle for another minor-league deal.
