George (ankle) was a full participant at Wednesday's practice, Noah Levick of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

George was initially probable for Tuesday's game against Orlando before ultimately getting ruled out. His participation Wednesday is a great sign for his status, however, and it sounds like he has a good chance of returning Friday against the Nets.
