Edgecombe (back) is questionable for Friday's game against the Pistons.

The rookie first-rounder is in jeopardy of missing his first game of the season due to back spasms. His status could come down to a game-time decision based on Friday's pregame warmups. If Edgecombe joins Paul George (knee) on the sidelines, Quentin Grimes could be in line for a spot start at shooting guard.
