Spurs' Dylan Harper: Expected to play Friday

Harper (thumb) is expected to play in Friday's preseason game against the Jazz, according to NBA reporter Matthew Tynan.

Harper underwent thumb surgery in September and has been sidelined for the beginning of preseason. It sounds like he's about to get the green light for Friday, and that means he could be a full go by the time Opening Night rolls around.
