Devils' Dmitry Kulikov: Added to protocols list

Kulikov has been added to the NHL's COVID-19 protocols list, The Athletic's Corey Masisak reports.

The Devils now have 17 players on the league's protocols list, and at this point there's no telling when they'll be able to resume play.
