Islanders' Josh Bailey: Late scratch Tuesday

Bailey (upper body) won't play Tuesday versus the flyers.

Bailey took warmups but was announced with an injury just before puck drop. Simon Holmstrom figures to fill in for Bailey during the latter's absence. Bailey is considered day-to-day.
