Nick Caamano: Heading overseas

Caamano signed a contract with Grizzlys Wolfsburg of Germany's DEL on Friday, Tim Hiebert of The Hockey News reports.

Caamano was a Group 6 unrestricted free agent after failing to accrue enough NHL action to retain restricted free agent status. The 25-year-old spent all of 2023-24 in the AHL with Texas, posting 23 points in 55 contests. Caamano had three points in 36 career NHL games, but he hadn't played at the top level since the 2020-21 campaign.
