Red Wings' Sam Gagner: Enters protocols

Gagner entered the league's COVID-19 protocols Sunday.

The Red Wings have been officially shut down and aren't scheduled to play again until Dec. 27 at the Rangers, so there's a chance Gagner won't be forced to miss game action. The 32-year-old has 12 points in 31 games this season.
