White Sox designated hitter Adam Dunn dealt with some numbness in his right hand Wednesday, but told MLB.com that it is a recurring issue that he has played through in the past -- one he is not worried about.

"I don't know what it is," Dunn said. "It does it, I don't know how many times per year, a few times per year. It has been like that for eight years or something. It's fine. It's fine. It's there for a couple of at-bats. Some days it's there for a day or two. But it's fine today."

Dunn did not seem limited by it Thursday against the Rays, as he clubbed his fourth home run of the season, a two-run shot that put the finishing touches on a 5-2 win. Dunn went 1 for 4 in the game, raising his batting average to .108.
