Brett Cecil moved to 60-day disabled list

Blue Jays pitcher Brett Cecil has been moved to the 60-day disabled list Thursday.

Cecil has been dealing with elbow inflammation, and was moved to the 60-day DL to make room for Ryan Langerhans, who was called up. Cecil finished the year with a 2.82 ERA in 60 2/3 innings.
