Brian McCann set for examination by neurologist for concussion

Yankees catcher Brian McCann is scheduled to see a neurologist Saturday for an examination of a concussion he sustained Friday night against Cleveland, per Fox Sports.

If he must go on the disabled list, Austin Romine would likely be promoted from Triple-A Scranton-Wilkes Barre to replace him on the roster.
