IMPORTANT: Will Ferrell now has a Baseball-Reference.com player page
Following Thursday's spring training tour, Will Ferrell now has a player page at Baseball-Reference.com.
On Thursday, comedian Will Ferrell toured spring training and played with 10 different teams across five Cactus League games. He raised nearly $1 million for cancer research charities in the process, so it was for a great cause. And I'll admit it, I enjoyed the stunt, especially after MLB Network slapped a microphone on Ferrell in his final game of the day.
Earlier today we learned Ferrell now has a Strat-O-Matic card thanks to his spring training tour, and while that's cool, it doesn't compare to this: Ferrell now has a Baseball-Reference.com player page. Check it out:

I enjoy the "Bats:" category. Also, check out Ferrell's transactions log:

That's quality stuff right there.
Ferrell's officially made it as a ballplayer now. A Strat-O-Matic card is one thing, but B-Ref? That's the big time.
