Twins pitcher Stephen Pryor underwent surgery Wednesday for a torn left meniscus and was placed on the minor league disabled list by Triple-A Rochester, per a team release.

Pryor, who was acquired by the Twins from Seattle in the Kendrys Morales deal in 2014, had a 1-0 record with a 9.00 ERA in eight games with the Red Wings before his injury. In 34 career major-league games, mostly with the Mariners, he is 3-1 with a 2.81 ERA.
