Cubs pitcher Jon Lester got a ball stuck in his glove, so he threw the entire glove to first base for an out.

Well this is one way to avoid the "yips" that Cubs ace Jon Lester has been accused of having when it comes to throwing the ball to first base. No, this isn't on a pickoff move, but it would have been a throw to first for an out on a grounder, only the ball got stuck in Lester's glove. So he made like Terry Mulholland and threw the entire glove to Anthony Rizzo. And Rizzo, seeing what was coming, dropped his own glove in order to make the catch on his end.
