Astros' Riley Unroe: Inks NRI deal with Houston
The Astros signed Unroe to a minor-league contract Jan. 12 that includes an invitation to spring training.
Unroe has 12 minor-league seasons under his belt but has yet to make his major-league debut. The 30-year-old batted .278/.397/.409 with four home runs and 12 stolen bases with Triple-A Toledo in the Tigers organization in 2025. Unroe can play all over the diamond, giving the Astros some utility depth.
