Braves' Braxton Davidson: Cleared of break after early X-rays
Davidson was diagnosed with a mid-foot sprain over the weekend after initial X-rays revealed no structural damage, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.
Before officially verifying that Davidson didn't fracture his foot in Saturday's Arizona Fall League championship game, the Braves will send the outfielder in for follow-up X-rays Monday. If the latest scans confirm the original diagnosis, Davidson should be back to full strength well before spring training gets underway.

Braves' Braxton Davidson: May have fractured foot
Davidson was taken to the hospital Saturday for a possible left foot fracture, William Boor of MLB.com reports.
Davidson swatted a walkoff homer to propel the Peoria Javelinas to an Arizona Fall League Championship, but he appeared to suffer the injury while making his way around the bases. More should be known after he undergoes some tests.

Braves' Braxton Davidson: Receives invite to major league spring training
Davidson has received an invite to the Braves' major league spring training.
Davidson is one of the organization's best outfield prospects; however, at age 19 with no experience above Class-A Rome, he's unlikely to make the team's Opening Day roster. The young outfielder needs to work on his plate discipline after racking up 135 strikeouts in 401 at-bats in 2015, but he did flash some potential at the dish with 23 doubles and 10 home runs.
