Evan Grant@Evan_P_Grant9H agoI accosted Elvis Andrus to ask how he could drop the draft lottery duties so poorly since Rangers dropped 2 spots to 16. He laughed. "Are you kidding, I saved us money." The man knows how to deliver a joke. Was about $400K difference in 1st round value last year from 14-16.
