CBSSports.com Basketball Podcast: Is Linsanity back?
Zach Harper and Matt Moore discuss the possible return of Linsanity, Beasley being "toxic," and preview tonight's games.
Today, Matt Moore and I celebrate the possible return of Linsanity and wonder if Jeremy Lin can use his 38-point performance against the San Antonio Spurs as a jumping-off point to gain back the momentum he had during his breakout last season. Can the Houston Rockets possibly make it work with him playing like this while not interrupting the production and impact of James Harden? Is there enough shot clock to go around?
After that, we talk about the toxic nature of Andrea Bargnani with the Toronto Raptors and Michael Beasley with the Phoenix Suns. Are the Raptors salvageable with Bargnani on the roster or should they blow everything up? Also, what about Beasley makes him "toxic" to the Suns? Can he be traded? Can he turn it around? Will people ever give up on him?
Then we preview Tuesday night's games and discover that LeBron James is good.
