Pistons forward Josh Harrellson was diagnosed with a small meniscus tear in his left knee, according to the team's official website. Harrellson injured himself last Saturday. At this point, no timetable has been set for his return, as he'll need to rest and rehab from the injury. He will be re-evaluated after the All-Star break.
