49ers running back Kendall Hunter is coming back from last year's Achilles injury, but he appears to be running well in training camp, reports the Sacramento Bee.

The report says Hunter is sprinting "like a blur" on a side field during practice. All that's left is for Hunter to practice cutting and change of direction before he can start working with the team.

When healthy, Hunter will likely be the No. 2 running back on the depth chart behind Frank Gore.
