Scott Lashley: Cut by New Orleans
Lashley (undisclosed) was waived by the Saints from injured reserve Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Lashley signed with New Orleans in May and got waived/injured Aug. 2 before reverting to IR. The 25-year-old spent six seasons at the collegiate level, four at Alabama and two more at Mississippi State, before going undrafted in 2021.

Saints' Scott Lashley: Reverts to IR
Lashley (undisclosed) has cleared waivers and reverted to the Saints' injured reserve, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Lashley was waived/injured by New Orleans on Tuesday and ultimately went unclaimed. He will now be forced to spend the remainder of the 2023 season sidelined unless he and the team can eventually come to terms on an injury settlement once his health allows it.

Scott Lashley: Let go by New Orleans
Lashley (undisclosed) was waived Wednesday with an undisclosed injury, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
After going undrafted in 2021, the 25-year-old agreed to a training camp deal with New Orleans this offseason before being waived. The tackle began his collegiate career at Alabama and played there for four years before heading to Mississippi State. Lashley was waived with an injury that is currently unknown.
