Liner was most recently waived by the Titans after signing a reserve/future contract with the team. He will now join the Chargers for training camp, where he will be considered a long shot to make the final roster.

Liner signed a reserve/future contract with the Titans back in January. He was always viewed as a long shot to make the final roster in 2019.

Titans' Dee Liner: Inks deal with Tennessee
Liner signed a reserve-future contract with the Titans on Wednesday, Paul Kuharsky of 104.5 The Zone Nashville reports.
Per the agreement, Liner will become eligible to workout with the team following the start of Tennessee's offseason program in April. Until then, Liner will not be permitted to practice with the Titans.
