  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Healthy for Saturday night

Enagbare (illness) is listed as active for Saturday night's game against the Bears, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports. Enagbare was unable to practice Thursday due to a sudden illness. Still, the defensive end has evidently been able to overcome it in time to participate in Saturday night's pivotal divisional matchup. The starting edge rusher has played 55 percent of defensive snaps or more in consecutive contests, and he may be leaned on even more Saturday night due to the absence of Micah Parsons (ACL).

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Questionable with illness

Enagbare (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Saturday's game against the Bears, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Enagbare was a new addition to Thursday's injury report, and his ability to play Saturday will hinge on how quickly he recovers heading into game day. If Enagbare is unable to suit up, Arron Mosby may see increased reps as a rotational defensive end.

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Will suit up at Denver

Enagbare (knee) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Broncos, Wes Hodkeiwicz of the Packers' official site reports. Enagbare was limited at practice by a knee issue early in the week, but he managed a full practice Friday and is on track to play in Week 15. He should settle back into a rotational role on the edge against a pass-dependent Denver offense.

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Limited again Thursday

Enagbare (knee) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice. Enagbare popped up on Wednesday's estimated practice report with a knee injury he potentially suffered in Monday's loss to the Eagles. The rotational defensive end has seen increased reps due to the injury to Lukas Van Ness (foot). In a worst-case scenario where neither Enagbare or Van Ness can suit up Sunday, Arron Mosby and/or Barryn Sorrell will likely see rotational snaps at defensive end.

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Plays in all 17 games again in 2024

Enagbare finished the 2024 season with 39 tackles (18 solo), including 4.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles across 17 regular-season contests. A fifth-round pick out of South Carolina in 2022, Enagbare has yet to miss a game in his three-year NFL career, starting 18 of the 51 games he's appeared in for Green Bay, including seven starts this past season. Enagbare set career highs in defensive snaps (511), tackles and sacks during the 2024 campaign and has developed into a key member of the rotation off the edge for the Packers' defense. Enagbare has one year remaining on his rookie contract.

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Fully participating in OTAs

Enagbare (knee) has been a full participant in the Packers' OTAs, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Enagbare was originally believed to have suffered a torn ACL in Green Bay's wild-card loss to the Cowboys, but tests later revealed that wasn't the case, and he's now back on the field in full capacity. The 2022 fifth-rounder has played in all 34 regular-season games since entering the league, making 11 starts and recording five sacks off the edge. Enagbare is a key rotational piece off the edge for Green Bay.

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Getting work in

Enagbare (knee) participated in OTAs on Tuesday, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports. Enagbare was able to avoid a significant injury, which was originally believed to be an ACL tear, during the Packers' wild-card win over the Cowboys last season. It's not clear to what level he participated, and if he did team or individual drills. However, the fact that he was on the field this early in his recovery is good news for the South Carolina product.

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Diagnosed with ACL injury

Enagbare sustained a torn ACL during the Packers' wild-card win at Dallas, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports. Enagbare thought after he picked up the injury that it might be a bone bruise, but that turned out to be wishful thinking. He'll undergo surgery to repair his knee, and his availability for the start of the 2024 season now is in doubt.

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Unable to play Saturday

Enagbare (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday's divisional-round matchup with the 49ers, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers official website reports. Enagbare suffered an ACL injury in the team's 48-32 wild-card win over the Cowboys, and his absence Saturday comes as no surprise. With Enagbare unavailable, Brenton Cox is a candidate to see an uptick in usage at outside linebacker against the 49ers.

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Suffers ACL injury versus Dallas

Enagbare is feared to have suffered a torn ACL during Green Bay's wild-card win versus the Cowboys on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Enagbare suffered a knee injury after logging a solo tackle during Sunday's playoff victory. Lukas Van Ness and Brenton Cox should be in line for expanded roles during next week's divisional-round game versus the 49ers if Enagbare's injury is as serious as it's initially feared to be.

  • Packers' Kingsley Enagbare: Records three sacks as rookie

Enagbare registered 31 tackles (18 solo), three sacks and three pass deflections over 17 games in the 2022 season. The fifth-rounder did not open the season in a key role, but his playing time picked up after fellow pass rusher Rashan Gary (knee) was lost for the season, and he played at least half the defensive snaps in all but one of his final eight appearances. Enagbare heads into 2023 behind both Gary and Preston Smith on the depth chart, but should Gary's absence extend into the regular season, Enagbare could again play an expanded role.
