Luke Green: Unqualified by Winnipeg
Green will enter the free agency market after not receiving a qualifying offer from the Jets on Monday, Scott Billeck of the Winnipeg Sun reports.
Green spent last season bouncing between AHL Manitoba and the Jets' taxi squad but didn't play a game at the AHL or NHL level. He scored one goal in 13 appearances with Manitoba during the 2019-20 campaign. Green was a third-round selection in 2016 and likely won't garner much interest this offseason.

Green (upper body) was sent back to QMJHL Sherbrooke on Thursday.
While it's good news for fantasy owners that Green is healthy -- a requirement of being sent down -- the bad news is they will have to wait another year before the defenseman gets a shot at the 23-man roster. In 60 outings in the QMJHL last year, the 19-year-old tallied five goals and 32 helpers, occasionally showing the ability to jump into the play and contribute offensively.

Jets' Luke Green: Injured in prospect tournament
Green suffered an upper-body injury in Monday's Young Stars Classic, Brian Munz of TSN 1290 reports.
Green was selected by the Jets in the third round of the 2016 NHL Draft and spent last season in juniors with Sherbrooke of the QMJHL. The defender put up three goals and 19 assists in 33 contests before joining AHL Manitoba for four games at the end of the year. The 19-year-old was unlikely to land a spot on the 23-man roster in 2017-18, so this injury shouldn't impact too many fantasy owners.
