ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) Fletcher Magee hit six 3-pointers and scored 27 points to lead Wofford Terriers to a 70-57 win over High Point Panthers on Sunday, it's fourth straight.
Cameron Jackson added 15 points off the bench for the Terriers (7-4), and Derrick Brooks had nine rebounds help Wofford control the boards 35-22.
After the Panthers (4-7) opened the scoring, Wofford scored 10 straight with Trevor Stumpe and Magee knocking downing 3-pointers. Four different players scored in an 8-0 that made it 23-9 with nine minutes to play in the first half.
High Point cut the deficit to 34-26 at the break and an early five points cut it to 38-33 but the Terriers steadily pulled away.
Andre Fox had 13 points and Brandonn Kamga 12 for High Point.
Magee was just named the Southern Conference player of the week for the second time this season and fourth time in his career after scoring 36 points in an upset of Georgia Tech and 22 in 15 minutes of a rout of Johnson & Wales.
