Keenen Brown: Bumped off practice squad
Brown was released off the Texans' practice squad Saturday.
Brown signed with Houston's practice squad earlier in October, but he'll make way with the team adding QB Alex McGough. Brown went unselected out of Texas State in April's draft.

Keenen Brown: Gets practice squad call
The Texans signed Brown to their practice squad Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Brown joins his hometown team, as he played his college football at Texas State, where he caught 51 passes for 577 yards and five touchdowns in 2018. He'll be a longshot to earn a spot on a 53-man roster in Houston or elsewhere around the league.

Rams' Keenen Brown: Signs on with Rams
Brown officially signed a contract with the Rams as an undrafted free agent.
Brown signs from FBS Texas State, where he caught 51 passes for 577 yards and five touchdowns in 2018. He was graded as the top tight end last season, according to Pro Football Focus, and caught 76.1 percent of targets. Brown could have a decent shot to make the roster with unproven options on the depth chart ahead of him.
