Angels' Wilfredo Tovar: Joining Angels

Tovar will be called up by the Angels prior to Friday's game against Seattle, Maria Torres of the Los Angeles Times reports.

The 27-year-old hasn't appeared at the big-league level since 2014. He owns a .285/.329/.404 slash line for Triple-A Salt Lake this season.
