Astros' Pedro Leon: Resumes baseball activities

Leon (finger) recently resumed baseball activities, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Leon suffered a fractured left pinky finger in late July and remains on the injured list, but he's now participating in on-field work. However, it's not yet clear when the 23-year-old will be able to return to game action.
