Diamondbacks' Kevin Ginkel: Lands on 60-day IL

Ginkel was recalled from Triple-A Reno and placed on the 60-day injured list Wednesday with right elbow inflammation.

Ginkel landed on the injured list at Reno in late July, and he's being move to the major-league 60-day IL to free up a spot on the 40-man roster. There's been no indication where the 27-year-old is at in his recovery, but given the length of his absence, he won't be returning down the stretch for Arizona.
