Luis Cessa: Cut loose by Nationals

Cessa was released by the Nationals on Tuesday.

Cessa inked a minor-league deal with the Nats in early July but posted an 8.71 ERA over 16 appearances with Triple-A Rochester. He'll now look to latch on in another organization.
