Mariners' Aidan Smith: Picked by Seattle in fourth round

The Mariners have selected Smith with the 124th overall pick in the 2023 First-Year Player Draft.

Smith is a high school outfielder who the Mariners will attempt to sign away from Mississippi State. He has a chance to remain in center field, but even if he can't his bat might be good enough to profile at a corner, particularly if the power comes along.
